Melville Intermediate - 2009 Online Film Festival

Our 2009 Film Festival Movie is going to be called "Bailey and the Magic Cowbell" this will be entered in the Tamaki Achievement Pathway Film Festival taking place in a couple of weeks. We can't give the whole story away prior to the competition but we do need some help for the grand finale of our movie. This will involve some people dancing to a song. The song is going to be the following, which we've sourced from Youtube.

If you classroom would be able to contribute a 4-5 second clip for the movie could you contact Mr Webb at Melville Intermediate (myles.webb@gmail.com) and we'll fill you in with details of what we require!

  2. Really looking forward to seeing this movie Room 8. I think you may be trying to wind up the Auckland crowd though! Do you want a contribution from Bahrain? You had better let me know if you do.
In fact, I have just had a thought - there are educators here from 30 different countries. If Mr Webb let me know what he would like, I might be able to get some to film excerpts for you when they return to their homes.....

  3. @ Mrs Burt - we had a very animated discussion about our audience today and the fact that the crowd would be rather special, and of course the last thing that we would want to do is wind up a crowd!
@ Miss Cheema and 2SC - Good luck with the new blog, and I hope it does well!

  5. @ Anonymous - yes and free local telephone calls in New Zealand, I think us and the USA are the only two places that do. Oh and our Police Officers aren't armed, that fact always surprises people, us and the UK are the last two I think.
